Please note that orders will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.
Orders will only be split at the recipients request and providing they are willing to incur additional carriage charges.

Delivery Information
For your information, we have had to assess our free delivery rota service. This is due to the economic climate and increase in transport costs. We have to date tried to absorb these extra costs, but with transport costs escalating, we cannot continue without your support and therefore have no option but to amend our ways of working.
Rather than implementing extra surcharges and uplift cost of equipment to you we will be streamlining our service and moving our fortnightly delivery & collection service to tri weekly. We are moving to larger vehicles to ensure we can fulfil your demands.
For additional ad hoc requirements we will be using a local transport service to deliver bulk orders as required. Collections for returns such as refurbishment will be planned in and controlled as always by our Repairs Team.
Whilst we do offer free shipping on our own vehicles to certain areas of the Mainland UK on orders over £500.00 to credit account customers on our deliver rota, any order that requires transport on our vehicles but does not exceed £500.00 will be charged an additional minimum £25.00 subject to order.
Furthermore, if you require next day, timed or weekend delivery on your order, a courier service is available at an additional charge. Please contact the office for further details should you require this service.

Please be aware Under the DAP Incoterm agreement, Booth Dispensers will only pay for freight charges. The buyer is responsible for any and all extra costs to import the cargo and unload the shipment once it arrives at the requested destination. Please be aware that due to current circumstances all orders will be confirmed for dispatch up to 48 hours after payment has been received. We thank you for your understanding during this time and your continued support.

We offer free shipping on our own vans to certain area's of the Mainland UK on orders over £500.00

Mainland UK
Standard minimum delivery rate of £10.00 (incl vat) applies to orders under £500.00 (excl vat).
Any order that requires transport on our vans but does not exceed £500 for free delivery will be charged a minimum of £25.00
Certain items may attract an additional carriage charge, you will be contacted by our office if this applies. For parcels that are not being delivered in mainland UK, an additional charge will be applied. Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed at the end of the checkout stage no amendments to the carriage price or type can be made. If you require guaranteed next day, timed or weekend delivery on your order, then our High Priority service is available for an additional charge, please contact the office for further details.
Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland / Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands
Deliveries to these locations will incur an additional charge starting from £25.00, our office will contact you after receiving your order.
Europe / Worldwide
40% of our output is shipped globally, for orders and delivery information please contact our office directly.
Terms and Conditions: International Shipping
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- International Shipping Responsibility: Orders placed outside the UK will require shipping arrangements to be made by the customer. We do not facilitate international shipping directly.
- Shipping Costs and Logistics: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with international shipping, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by relevant authorities.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary depending on shipping method, destination, and customs clearance processes. We do not guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
- Accuracy of Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
- Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to legal or logistical reasons. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations and restrictions in their respective countries.
- Loss or Damage: We are not liable for any loss or damage to the merchandise during international transit. Customers are advised to purchase shipping insurance or opt for shipping methods that include insurance coverage for added protection.
- Returns and Refunds: Our standard return and refund policies apply to international orders, with the additional consideration that return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from international orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By proceeding with an international order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from placing an international order.
