The ale extractor’s main use is to pierce casks prior to conditioning. An efficient cellar will contain several cask taps, so it will need several ale extractor bodies. This enables the user to pierce and prepare several casks in advance leaving only the transfer of the ale extractor tube to take care as each cask empties. The ale extractor extra body long features the main body with a bleed valve and closure cap. Other ale extractor spares are available separately.
