Check Valve

Used in conjunction with beer engines for dispensing cask ale. The Check Valve (demand valve) controls the flow of ale when the cask is higher than the point of dispense or when the products are supplied via a gas or electrically operated pump.

This Check Valve unit is used in line just before the beer engine preventing a syphon effect and to stop the beer flowing forward through the beer engine when there is no demand at the point of dispense.

The Check Valve is produced from quality food safe Acetal, durable to withstand the effects of harsh line cleaning chemicals.

This unit has a working pressure of between 0 – 45 PSI (0 - 3 Bar) for use with gas or electrically operated pumps.

Now available with a cleaning plate adaptor, simple lever compresses diaphragm to enable smooth line cleaning operations.
