o This compressor is not intended for installation in new equipment and must not be used in systems placed on the market after the relevant phase-out dates under applicable legislation (e.g., UK F-Gas Regulation, EU Regulation (EU) No 517/2014).
o Installation, handling, and disposal of refrigerants must be carried out by qualified personnel certified under relevant national or regional F-Gas legislation.
2. Refrigerant Contents
o This compressor may be pre-charged with residual R134a for testing or preservation purposes. If so, it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle the refrigerant in accordance with environmental and safety standards.
o Any installation or servicing involving R134a must follow legal requirements for reclaimed, recycled, or virgin refrigerant use where permitted.
3. Buyer Responsibility
o It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compatibility with existing systems and compliance with all applicable laws and environmental regulations.
o We accept no liability for improper installation, non-compliant use, or environmental breaches resulting from misuse of this product.
4. Environmental Guidance
o R134a is a fluorinated greenhouse gas with a high Global Warming Potential (GWP). We encourage responsible handling, leak prevention, and recovery during servicing to minimise environmental impact.
